Prof. Xiaonan Xiao, Xiamen University Tan Kah Kee College
Prof. Xiao_Xiaonan, Ph.D. advisor and the chair of Department of Information and Computational Science at Xiamen University Tan Kah Kee College. He is the associate dean of the College of Information Science and Technology and a member of the International Association for Biostatistics & International Statistics Association. Professor Xiao is the executive director of Biological Mathematical Society & Mathematical Society of Fujian Province. He has been awarded The Distinguished Teacher of Higher Education in Fujian Province. His expertise mainly focuses on the studies of complex systems modeling and optimal control. He has published 102 articles at important journals and 17 academic works and textbooks. He was awarded numerous nationwide and international prizes in research and teaching, including 61 research projects that have won the national, provincial, and college awards ( 30 first prizes, 11 second prizes, 8 third prizes, 12 Awards of Excellence).

Prof. Syed Abdul Rehman Khan, CSCP is a professor of Supply Chain and Logistic Management. Prof. Khan achieved his CSCP—Certified Supply Chain Professional certificate and successfully completed his Doctorate Degree. Since 2014 and 2015, Prof. Khan is affiliated with Iqra University and Brasi School of Supply Chain Management, USA respectively. Dr. Khan has more than seven years’ core experience of supply chain and logistics at industry and academic levels. Prof. Khan has attended several international conferences in Dubai, Pakistan, Taiwan, and China, US, Netherland, Srilanka, Thailand and has also been invited as guest speaker, Keynote speaker and conference committee member. He has published 2 books on “Global Sourcing” and “Strategic Supply Chain” respectively and published more than 18 research papers including ISTP, Scopus, SCIE, SCI, SSCI, and EI indexed in different well renowned international journals and conferences. He is a regular contributor to conferences and workshops around the world. Dr. Khan also holds Editorial Membership of two international journals. In addition, Prof. Khan holds memberships in the following well renowned institutions and supply chain bodies/associations: APCIS-U.S.; Supply Chain Council U.S.; Supply Chain Association of Pakistan; USA Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals; and Global Supply Chain Council China
Title: The Impact of GSCM on Manufacturing Enterprise’s Performance
Abstract: The GSCM (Green Supply Chain Management) is an significantly important proposition to resolve issues and hurdles between the economic development of manufacturing enterprises and its commitment to environment and society, which could also encourage and promote the degree of green environmental and eventually enhance the enterprises performance. This article collect 136 manufacturing companies of Guangzhou and Shenzhen provinces of China as the research samples, SEM (Structural Equation Model) is used to explore the relationship among environmental monitoring, environmental collaboration and enteprises performance. This findings show that the GSCM can contain the social environmental responsibility information publicly and the general public engagement, provide new power to achieve to achieve the win-win situation between financial and environmental performance through the collaborated environmental management activities and the environmental violations monitoring and other aspects performed by downstream and upstream companies.
